Perechynska community is the only place in Ukraine where multi-megawatt wind turbines are manufactured.
It is also home to enterprises specializing in wood processing and the production of metal structures. With strong engineering traditions and deep technical expertise, Perechynska hromada has become a hub for precision manufacturing and green technologies.
A new generation of clean energy and circular economy industries is emerging here, as the community prepares to host pilot innovation, scientific, and high-tech projects. Perechynska community is rapidly evolving into a national model of sustainable industrial development.
CULTURAL & HERITAGE
First recorded in 1399, the Perechyn community embodies centuries of resilience and multicultural continuity. Culture here is alive — in Lemko embroidery, family dialects, and sacred architecture. Governed by different empires and now part of modern Ukraine, the region has thrived through adaptation. It has nurtured reformers like educator Pavlo Yatsko and historian Father Atanasiy Pekar, who bridged local heritage with global narratives.
Today, Perechyn offers more than history — it presents a living cultural ecosystem, open to heritage-based tourism, creative industries, and identity-driven investments.
EDUCATION
The New International School in Perechyn is an investment in Ukraine’s future through transformative education. Located in the heart of the community, this 20,000 m² educational hub blends Ukrainian identity with Cambridge International standards and cutting-edge learning methodologies. It nurtures not only knowledge but also leadership, critical thinking, entrepreneurship, and a global outlook.
